Lisa is a dynamic communications pro with more than 20 years of experience providing strategic communications and public relations planning and execution to a range of clients, including large, complex organizations, government agencies and nonprofits.
Bringing about real change in the lives of others and our environment is something she is exceedingly passionate about, whether it’s around energy efficiency, clean energy, water conservation, public transit, electric cars, STEM education, sustainable seafood, or health. She helps clients looks for the most powerful way to connect with an audience and motivate them to take action.
Lisa has also overseen campaigns for organizations including Google, James Beard Foundation, ENERGY STAR, Portland General Electric, TriMet, Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance, Solar Oregon, Earth Advantage, the Regional Water Providers Consortium, Vulcan, Green Sports Alliance and the Portland Trail Blazers. She has also provided pro-bono public relations strategy for Girls Inc. of the Pacific Northwest and the Children’s Cancer Association.
She began her career in event PR, working with Ringling Bros. Barnum and Bailey Circus’ cast of characters (ranging from lion tamers, to strong men, to clowns), and entertainment projects and events have always been some of her favorite projects.
Lisa is also an entrepreneur at heart and loves the chance to help small businesses grow and thrive.
On the weekends, you can find Lisa enjoying the best of Portland’s incredible food and wine scene or out exploring the area’s beautiful outdoors with her family. She lives in SW Portland with her botanist husband, computer-science wiz daughter and Lego-loving son.
